Home Watch Services in South Florida
Away for the season?
We've got your home.
Local, family owned home watch for snowbirds and seasonal homeowners. On a schedule you choose, we visually inspect your home inside and out, look for obvious signs of trouble, and send you a photo report after every visit.
About us
The home watch company you can rely on
I Watch Your Home is a local, family owned home watch and concierge company based in Coral Springs, owned by Cheryl and Ronnie Fairlie. Cheryl looked after homes for friends and family for more than ten years before making it official in 2023. Today we look after homes and condos for owners who spend part of the year up north, in Canada, or traveling.
An empty Florida home can hide a slow leak, a failing A/C or storm damage for weeks. Our job is to look for the visible warning signs, tell you right away, and help coordinate the next step if you want us to. We treat every home like it belongs to family.

Benefits of professional home watch services
Whether you're a snowbird, going on vacation, or simply away for a few days, professional home watch services provide many benefits. They offer peace of mind and can help keep small issues from becoming big ones while you're away. Here are some of the benefits of hiring a professional home watch service.
Prevent Property Damage
One of the most significant benefits of professional home watch services is helping prevent property damage. We look for visible signs of leaks, mold and other issues so they can be addressed early, before they turn into costly repairs.
Maintain the Property
Professional home watch services also help you maintain your property. We keep an eye on the outside of your home and can coordinate your landscapers and other vendors, so your home looks its best when you return.
Maintain Home Security
We check for visible signs of forced entry, make sure doors and windows are locked, and confirm that cameras and alarms appear to be working. This helps deter potential burglars and gives you peace of mind.
Assist with Special Services
We can be at your home when a repair or installation company arrives, let them in, and provide you with updates on their progress, so you don't have to fly back for an appointment.
Peace of Mind
Knowing your property is being looked after by a professional gives you the freedom to enjoy your time away without worrying about what's happening at home. It's a small investment for the peace of mind it provides.
Tailored Services
Every home and every homeowner is different. We tailor your visit schedule, checklist and reports to your property and how long you will be away, so you only pay for the services you need.
Snowbird Services
Professional home watch services are especially beneficial for snowbirds who spend part of the year up north or in Canada. Regular visits help make sure your home is ready for your return.
Vacation Services
Going on vacation or a cruise? We check on your home while you're away and keep you updated, so you can enjoy your trip knowing everything is being looked after.
